Is it possible to change the spell/gramar checking language in a Teams-chat?

I have installed two language-packs in teams. Still, when i am writing in a chat there is no option for choosing what language to use, which means that teams highlight everything i write in red because the wrong language pack is used.

If i try to search for an answer there is no help as it seems like there is some faulty AI always showing articles about how to install language-packs or change language of the UI or some other irrelevant information.

Currently, Microsoft Teams does not provide a direct option for users to change the spell-checking language within a chat. The spell-checking language is typically determined by the language settings of the Teams client and the installed language packs. If you have installed multiple language packs, Teams should ideally support spell-checking in those languages, but it may not allow you to manually select the language for spell-checking in chat messages.

If Teams is highlighting your text in red, it may be due to the default language setting not matching the language you are using. You may want to check your Teams language settings and ensure that they align with the language you intend to use for chat. However, as of now, there is no specific feature to manually select the spell-checking language in the chat interface itself.

For further assistance, consider checking the official Microsoft Teams support resources or community forums for updates on this feature.

Interesting that Microsoft takes me on a long loop around hundreds of irrelevant answers, but when i ask on a forum i can get an AI-generated quick and straight answer that Teams does not support spell-checking in chats.

Why wasting my time trying to hide the fact that it is not supported!!!!!

I have read your concern and after reviewing the Teams settings, I found that you can select up to three spell-check languages. Make sure your preferred language is at the top of the list. To configure this in Microsoft Teams:
