I require a microsoft person to delete anc cancel this account as i am being charged for something i wish to cancel. This is a direct instruction to your firm from me to cancel this account as i no longer wish to receive the service and am unable to navigate your platform to do so.

To close your Microsoft business account, you need to follow specific steps. Since you're having trouble accessing your business account due to it being linked to a Google email, here are some suggestions:

    1. Access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center: Make sure you are trying to log in to the correct portal for business accounts. You should be using the Microsoft 365 admin center.
    2. Sign in with the Correct Account: Ensure that you are signing in with the Google email that was used to create the business account. If you are being redirected to your personal account, it may be due to the email being associated with both accounts.
    3. Check Your Billing Profile: You can check your billing profile and subscriptions by navigating to the billing section in the admin center. If you are unable to see your business account, it might be necessary to contact support for assistance.
    4. Contact Microsoft Support: Since you mentioned needing direct assistance, contacting Microsoft support would be the best course of action. They can help you verify your account and assist with the cancellation process. You can find support options on the Microsoft website.
    5. Backup Your Data: Before proceeding with cancellation, ensure that you back up any important data associated with your business account, as closing the account will delete all related information.

If you continue to face issues, it might be beneficial to reach out to a Microsoft support representative directly for personalized assistance.

    Hi,

You’re stuck because the business account was created with your Google email, which now exists as both a personal Microsoft account and a work/school account. The sign-in process defaults to your personal account, so you can’t see or cancel the subscription tied to the business tenant.

Microsoft cannot cancel accounts from this chat for security reasons you’ll need to either sign in to the correct work/school account (using admin.microsoft.com and selecting “Work or School account”) or contact Microsoft Billing Support with your Tenant ID and Billing Profile details. Once verified, they can cancel the subscription immediately.

    I hope this helps!
