If you have lost your phone and cannot access your Microsoft 365 admin center due to Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) requirements, you will need to reset your MFA settings. Here are the steps you can take:

    1. Contact Another Admin: If there are other administrators in your organization, ask one of them to reset your MFA settings. They can do this by signing into the admin portal and managing your user settings.
    2. Reset MFA Settings: The other admin should:
      • Sign in to the cloud service portal as an admin.
      • Go to the MFA management page.
      • Select your account and choose the option to require you to provide contact methods again.
    3. Use Alternative Verification Methods: If you have set up other verification options (like a backup phone number or email), try using those to access your account.
    4. Check for Errors: If you encounter specific error codes, such as the one you mentioned (Error Code: 399287), it may be helpful to provide this information to your admin for further troubleshooting.
    5. Enable Flagging: If you plan to get help, enable flagging in the sign-in process to help with diagnostics.

If you cannot resolve the issue through another admin, you may need to contact Microsoft support for further assistance.
