If your bill shows as settled but you weren't charged, and you're unable to find where to pay, here are some steps you can take:

    1. Check Your Email Notifications: Ensure that the email address associated with your Azure account is correct and that you are checking it regularly, including your spam folder. This may provide additional instructions or links to resolve your payment issue.
    2. Access the Azure Portal: Log into the Azure portal and navigate to the billing section. Look for any notifications or alerts regarding your payment status.
    3. Settle Outstanding Charges: If you have a past-due balance, you can settle it through the Azure portal by following the instructions provided in the alert. If your default payment method is a credit card, the account administrator can settle the outstanding charges directly in the portal.
    4. Contact Azure Support: If you continue to have issues and cannot find a way to make the payment, consider creating a support request through the Azure portal for further assistance.
    5. Payment Method: If you are using a payment method other than a credit card, ensure that you are following the correct procedures for that method, such as wire transfers.

If you are still having trouble, it may be beneficial to directly reach out to Azure support for personalized assistance.
