Not able to create a azure devops account with the same email id

Hi,

I already have an Azure account and have created multiple resources. Now I’m trying to set up an Azure DevOps account so I can start working with CI/CD pipelines.

However, when I attempt to create a free Azure DevOps account, the sign-in page gets stuck in an infinite loading state. I’ve attached screenshots showing the issue.

Could you please help me resolve this?
