I don’t know did I take any subscription from Microsoft is there any subscription tool please cancel and refund my amount

I hope you are doing well. I recently noticed a charge from Microsoft for a subscription that was renewed automatically. At this time, I no longer require this service. I kindly request your assistance in canceling the subscription and advising whether a refund can be issued for the recent charge. I would really appreciate your help and guidance in resolving this matter.
