The error you’re encountering is most likely due to version conflicts. If Microsoft 365 Apps are already installed on your system, Visio’s installer will detect this because both products use the Click-to-Run technology. To prevent registry conflicts and licensing mismatches, the installer requires that existing Microsoft 365 components be removed before proceeding.
If you still want to install Visio Pro 2024, please follow these steps: Open Settings, go to Apps > Installed apps, find Microsoft 365 (such as Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise or Microsoft 365 Family), and uninstall it. Once that’s done, you can proceed with installing Visio Pro 2024.
