I cant open my assignment and also the grades from teams

The error message "There is a problem reaching this app" typically occurs when the ownership information for the Microsoft 365 group associated with your team is missing. This can happen if an assigned owner has left the organization, causing the group to become orphaned.

To resolve this issue, you need to assign a new owner to the Microsoft 365 group associated with your team. This action can only be performed by a Microsoft 365 administrator in your organization. If you are not an administrator, you may need to contact your IT support team for assistance.

If the problem persists, it could also be a temporary issue. In that case, try accessing the Assignments tab again after some time or run a self-diagnostics tool if you have admin access to check for any underlying issues.

To begin troubleshooting, please try the following steps:

• Clear Teams cache: Cached data can sometimes cause problems. Clear the Teams client cache - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn 
• Clear your browser’s cache. If you are using Teams on the web, clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then restart the browser. Cached data can occasionally interfere with how Teams loads or functions. For reference: Clear browsing history - Microsoft Support

If the issue persists after completing the steps above, we recommend reporting this unexpected behavior directly to Microsoft.

Please follow the instructions below to submit a report through the Teams app.

• Open the menu by selecting the three‑dots icon next to your profile
• Then go to Feedback and choose Report a problem to share diagnostics with Microsoft.

Additionally, you may also inform your school or organization’s IT administrator so they can raise a support request ticket with Microsoft on your behalf.
