I have completed the payment for my AZ-900 certification exam, but the exam appointment was not scheduled. When I check my Microsoft Certification Dashboard, it does not show any payment confirmation or any scheduled exam details. I also did not receive an appointment confirmation email from Pearson VUE. However, I did receive an SMS from my bank confirming that the payment was debited.
I request assistance to verify the payment and link it to my exam so that I can schedule the appointment. If the payment cannot be validated or linked, please process a refund for the debited amount.
