    Hello Bảo Khanh Nguyễn Hoàng,

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum. It's my pleasure to help you today,

I understand that you are having issue with your wifi keep turning on and off. Before we proceed, you said that the wifi works fine when you use mobile hotspot, may I know if your laptop can connect and use other wifi normally, since the hotspot is technically still a wifi connection.

I'm waiting for your reply so we can work on it together.

as mentioned by Carl if you can connect to the Hotspot you should to other wifi resource, but its not the case all the time and still problem can be on your windows PC. I assume you run Windows 11 i would recommend to get to advanced networking settings and click "Reset Network" button.
**built-in tool to fix connectivity issues by reinstalling all network adapters and resetting components to default, found under ****Settings > Network & Internet > Advanced network settings (Win 11) or Status (Win 10) > Network reset
**It will take about 5 to 10min to complete with one restart. And then try to connect again.
As well I would advice to restart your home router or check for the problems on in house networking devices as wifi router, Access Points, Repeaters, Extenders.

    Hello,

Most bluetooth or wifi issue can be resolved by doing a power reset.

To do so, turn off the computer, unplug the computer from the power cord, then hold down the power button for 30 seconds. Turn the computer back on to see if it works.

If not, Can you share with me two screenshots please?

    1. Go to Device Manager > Network Adapters, I would like to see what's listed.
    2. Please type msinfo32.exe in the search on the taskbar and hit enter, then share a screenshot of the pop up.

    Thanks!
