Thanks for sharing the details, Khairan! Try to turn off "App and services for kids" (even for adult accounts!)
This is a lesser-known cause. If Microsoft internally flags your account as a “kid account,” the OS blocks login to any app.
Try this:
- Sign in to any browser with the stuck account.
- Go to: https://account.live.com/Consent/Manage
- Look for: "Apps and services that have access to your info" or "Apps and services for kids"
- Disable/Remove everything listed there.
- Log out → Log in again.
This breaks the loop when the consent prompt is triggered by an app rather than age.
