To uninstall UltraViewer from your Windows 11 computer, follow these steps:

    1. Open Settings: Click on the Start button and select Settings.
    2. Go to Apps: In the Settings window, click on Apps.
    3. Apps & Features: In the Apps section, select Apps & features.
    4. Find UltraViewer: Scroll through the list of installed applications to find UltraViewer.
    5. Uninstall: Click on UltraViewer, and then click the Uninstall button. If prompted for permission to make changes to your computer, confirm the action.
    6. Follow the prompts: Follow any additional prompts to complete the uninstallation process.

If you encounter issues during the uninstallation, such as being unable to remove it or needing permission, ensure you are logged in as an administrator. You may also need to disable any running instances of UltraViewer before attempting to uninstall it.

If the problem persists, consider using a third-party uninstaller tool that can help remove stubborn applications.

Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

May I know if the number is legitimate? Usually, no one should need access to your system to upgrade a subscription. If it is a technical issue, there could be a valid reason for requesting remote access. I suspect it may be a scam.

Please make sure to verify the legitimacy of the person or the email before sharing any information or allowing access to your device.

In this situation, it is recommended that you keep your Microsoft account secure. Ensure you change your account password and disconnect your PC from the internet. Then uninstall the Ultra View app from App Settings or the Control Panel. If you're prompted for permissions, ensure you're logged in as an Administrator. The person with access may have removed the necessary permissions.

Try booting your PC in Safe Mode to uninstall the program; otherwise, you will need to perform a complete factory reset if they gained admin permissions.

Boot your PC in safe mode:

    Windows Startup Settings

Try uninstalling the app from Safe mode.

Alternatively, you can use the Program Install and Uninstall troubleshooter to remove the app. See if it helps.
