I can no longer print after yesterday's Microsoft update. Is there a solution or a number I can call to fix issue?

Hi! Veja se o serviço de spool está ativado.

    1. Type "Command Prompt" in the Search Bar > Right-click on the app > Select ''Run as administrator''.
    2. Type the commands below:

    sc query spooler

    1. Check the STATE to see if the service is RUNNING. Let me know if it's STOPPED.

Delete the temporary print files. Press Windows + R > Type %windir%\System32\spool\PRINTERS > Delete all files in the PRINTERS folder.

    Other steps that may help:

    • Unplug your printer from power > Wait 1 minute > Plug it back in.
    • If it is connected via a USB cable, disconnect the USB cable from the printer > Wait 1 minute > Plug it back in.
    • If it is connected via network or Wi-Fi, restart your internet modem.

If the problem persists, please send me the printer model and manufacturer.
