I understand that your Microsoft 365 Business Standard subscription has been disabled, and you would like to renew it.
This usually happens when the subscription expires due to missed renewal payment, recurring billing being turned off, or a payment method failing. In most cases, there is a grace period of up to 30 days during which you can reactivate your subscription.
If you have Global admin or Billing admin permissions, you can restore your subscription by following the steps outlined in the Q&A article.
