This is more or less a follow up, but I do have a bunch of little screenshots as well as a bank statement indicating the purchase date of a minecraft account which is tied to the microsoft account which was later migrated since anyone who is playing minecraft had to migrate their accounts due to mojang being purchased by microsoft.
Contacting Support
I am truly sorry if I did not use the correct tags, but I just wanted a way to post a question. Essentially, what I wanted to ask is about a hacked or compromised account. My microsoft account was hacked into, and I haven't been able to get back into it and it's definitely my fault for not having two step a mistake which I have long since changed with all my prouder accounts. I've tried to contact Microsoft for help, but I haven't been able to get anywhere. When I try to go through normal channels, it'll tell me the account doesn't exist, but when I directly tried to reset the account, it will send the email. It says doesn't exist, but the username that's displayed has the first three letters revealed and then the rest blacked out. I have a problem with this specifically, even though there's nothing truly important on that account (to my knowledge, it should be just mostly photos and I think a birth certificate)because it's charging me every month for a service I was paying for and to this day I'm still being charged. I believe I lost the count close to a year ago maybe more.

If you have not set up two-factor authentication, the following method may be effective.
Help with the Microsoft account recovery form
If you still cannot recover your account after trying this method, it is possible that the hacker has enabled two-factor authentication.
If contacting Microsoft Support does not resolve the issue, please explain the situation to your credit card company and request that they stop any withdrawals.
In addition, if you have suffered financial loss, you may also file a cybercrime report with the police.
