If your account is blocked and you are unable to recover it using the two-step verification process, you may need to reach out to support for assistance. Here are some steps you can take:

    1. Password Reset: If you have set a new password but still see the account is blocked message, try using the Password reset portal to initiate a password reset. This may help if self-service password reset is enabled for your account.
    2. Contact Support: If you cannot recover your account using the above methods, you should contact Microsoft support directly. You can find the appropriate contact at Support for Business Products.
    3. IT Administrator: If this is a work or school account, reach out to your IT administrator for assistance, as they may have the ability to unblock your account or reset your password.
    4. Check for Suspicious Activity: If your account was blocked due to suspicious activity, ensure that you report any unauthorized access to Microsoft support as well.

Following these steps should help you in recovering your account.
