    Hi @RASITA WACHIRACHAROON

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your description, your assignments in Microsoft Teams are not opening across multiple devices, and we truly appreciate the steps you have already taken to try resolving this.

This behavior can occur when Teams is unable to sync your education license or school permissions correctly. If the sync fails, features such as assignments may not display across all devices.

To help you get this resolved, please try the following steps:

1/ Sign out of Microsoft Teams on all devices, then sign in again.

    2/ Clear the Teams cache:

    • On mobile/iPad: Go to your device settings > locate Microsoft Teams > clear cache or offload the app.
    • On web: Open Teams in your browser > press Ctrl + Shift + R to refresh and clear temporary data.

    User's image

    • On Microsoft: Press Windows + R, then type: %userprofile%\appdata\local\Packages\MSTeams_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Microsoft\MSTeams
    • On Mac: Press Command + Q, type:
      • rm -rf ~/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.com.microsoft.teams
      • rm -rf ~/Library/Containers/com.microsoft.teams2

3/ Update Microsoft Teams to the latest version from your app store.

4/ Try opening the assignment again using an incognito/private browser window.

5/ If your school uses multiple accounts, ensure you are signed in with the correct school account.

Moreover, since your account is managed by your organization, please contact your IT administrator to check your permissions, licenses and policies. For a more efficient resolution, we recommend using your administrator account or contacting your IT administrator to submit a support request directly to Microsoft Support team.

They can raise a support ticket by visiting: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

If you don't know who your IT administrator is, I recommend the following:

    • Asking the person who gave you the account
    • Contact your institution's academic affairs office. They should be able to direct you to the right IT contact.
