Hi, I need to cancel the MS 365 account registered under [Moderator note: personal information removed]

Please refund the $29 charged to my Visa card ending in 1417.

I can no longer access that Gmail account and this is the reason I am writing from another account.

To cancel your Microsoft 365 subscription, you will need to access the Microsoft 365 admin center. Since you mentioned that you can no longer access the Gmail account associated with the subscription, you may need to recover that account or contact Microsoft support for assistance with cancellation and refund requests. Here are the general steps to cancel your subscription:

    1. Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
    2. If you're using the Simplified view, select Subscriptions. If you're using the Dashboard view, go to Billing > Your products.
    3. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
    4. In the Subscription and payment settings section, select Cancel subscription.
    5. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.

Please note that refunds are typically processed based on the type of billing account you have and the timing of your cancellation. If you are unable to cancel the subscription yourself, contacting Microsoft support directly would be the best course of action to resolve your issue and request a refund.

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

Please be advised that unless the account owner is able to access the account, subscription cancellation is not possible, and Microsoft personnel cannot retrieve this information.

If you are no longer able to recover your account, you will need to reach out directly to your bank and request to freeze all charges from Microsoft, cancelling the subscription on its renewal in the process.

You may also need to request a new payment method.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl
