    Hi @Moua, Vood

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Please notify me if I've misunderstood anything about your situation. Based on your sharing, you want to receive notifications when changes are made to an excel spreadsheet. You can setup changes notifications by using OneDrive/SharePoint:

    • Upload your file into your OneDrive/SharePoint and then login your OneDrive account in onedrive.live.com
    • Then click the Gear icon on the top right > OneDrive settings > Return to classic OneDrive in the bottom-left

    • You will see the list of your OneDrive files. Select the worksheet you need > Library > Alert me > Set alert on this library and edit the conditions as your preference. If you don't see the ribbon, select the Gear icon > Show ribbon

However, refer to SharePoint Alerts retirement - Microsoft Support, Alert will be retired in July 2026. When that time comes, the most effective alternative is to use Power Automate to create a flow triggered by any changes in Excel worksheet and send notifications to the owner. For you receiving the best suggestion and guidance, I recommend posting your scenario in the Microsoft Power Platform Community Forum Thread. This forum is dedicated to Power Automate and is actively monitored by experienced users, Microsoft partners, and engineers who can provide detailed guidance and share best practices.
