where can i download certificate of the completed course or skills in the microsoft certified skills

To download your Microsoft Certification certificates, you need to access your Certification Dashboard. Here are the steps to follow:

1. From your Certification Dashboard, click on the "View Certificates" button in the "Certificates" section.
2. To download, click "download" in the lower right on the "Certificates" icon.
3. This will list the certificates that you have earned. Click the box next to the name of the certificate to select it.
4. You can preview a single selected certificate, or you can download a .zip file with multiple certificates selected.

Make sure you have completed all necessary exams to receive your certificate. If you encounter any issues, you can visit the Certification support page for assistance.

Certifications are only available when you have passed exams, not when completing courses (except for instructor-led courses)
