- Please confirm whether the file was saved on a cloud-based service such as OneDrive or SharePoint, or if it was stored locally on your computer. This will help determine whether version history or local recovery options are available.
- When the file reopened after the restart, did you see multiple versions listed in the recovery pane, or only a single version?
