I am a Microsoft 366 customer with a standard business account. I’m the account admin. I recently got a new iPhone and did not set up the Microsoft Authenticator properly before wiping the old phone. I am now locked out of my account with no way off regaining access. I called the 1800 Number and logged an incident. [Moderator note: personal info removed]

they said someone would call Me back within 24 hours. That time has lapsed and no one has called. Please help.
