Based on your description, you can’t find the Accounts > Signatures option in New Outlook (2025) or Outlook on the web even after checking Settings
- Have you tried to switch to Classic Outlook version to check whether the issue still persists or not?
- Has this issue occurred before?
- Can you provide us what subscription are you using?
- Can you try to create new email to check that option appear?
In the meantime, you can try to draft a new email and add signature by manual as steps below:
Click to New email > in tab Message, click to icon Signatures as screenshot.
Or you can try to sign out/in & restart the app/browser: Refreshes the account context and UI menus.
