My Account has been deleted and associated with a .ru email address

All methods of signing back into my account have failed saying that the account does not exist. My PC still has the email associated with the account. When I try to log in it tells me to enter an unknown email address different from the .ru email. I'm at a loss on what to do since all the methods of recovery require the email, and this is the closest I can get to talking with a real person.

    This is a serious problem with Microsoft accounts, when a hacker changes the recovery options like the Email associated to the account, sadly the account is no longer recoverable, try using the steps they provide on this link to recover a hacked account, if this process is not successful, the account cannot be recovered, this forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access, try to find a local Microsoft Support phone number in your local area, but they usually cannot help to recover a hacked account if this automated process does not work.
