Verification codes from tiktok not being sent/showing up in inbox

Verification codes from tiktok aren’t being sent to my outlook email but updates on my notifications and messages do. I have already checked everything and looked things up to help but nothing, i’ve even tried resending codes, going on different devices, and contacting mobile support but nothing has helped or solved the problem, some help or a solution to this would be helpful!

    Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A Community. I understand you are having a problem with TikTok verification codes not appearing in your Outlook inbox. I am happy to assist you. 

    Please try the following steps: 

    1. Sign in to Outlook.com on a browser and search for @tiktok.com or @tiktokmail.com across All folders (Inbox, Junk, Other). If found in Junk, mark as Not junk. 
    2. Add TikTok domains to Safe senders: 
    3. Review Inbox Rules and Sweep settings: 
    4. Check mailbox storage: 
    5. Confirm delivery via Outlook Web:  If emails appear in web Outlook but not in the iOS app, update or reinstall the Outlook app and clear its cache. 

    If the issue persists after these steps, verify your TikTok account email for accuracy and consider using an alternate verification method (SMS or authenticator) temporarily. If none of these resolve the issue, contact TikTok Support to confirm email delivery from their servers.
