My account's been locked

I signed in on a new laptop couple of days ago and it won't let me sign in on my old laptop. When I try to sign in on my old one, it says "Your PC has been locked. Administrator has to solve this problem.

I would like you to solve this problem.

    1.If It Is a Work Laptop.

    • If you use this laptop for work, or if you signed into the new laptop using a work email address, Microsoft's security protocols (MDM) likely triggered a lock. When you signed into the new device, the organization's security system may have detected "suspicious activity" (two devices active at once) or realized the old laptop is no longer "compliant" with their security policies. The only way to fix this issue is to contact your company's IT Department.

    2.If It Is Your Personal Laptop.

    • If this is strictly a personal device and you are the owner, the "Administrator" is you, but Windows has locked the account for security reasons (often due to repeated failed login attempts or a sync issue between the old and new laptop). You can try the following suggestions to fix the issue.
    • On the lock screen, look for the Power icon in the bottom right corner. Hold down the SHIFT key on your keyboard. While holding Shift, click Restart.
