It seems that you are experiencing an issue where Outlook on your iPhone prompts you to log in every time you open the app. This can happen for several reasons, including account inactivity or changes in your device settings. One common cause is that if Outlook has been inactive for a period, it may flush the decrypted password from memory, requiring you to log in again. Additionally, if background app refresh is disabled or if there are connectivity issues, this can also lead to repeated login prompts.

To resolve this, you can try the following steps:

    1. Ensure that background app refresh is enabled for Outlook in your device settings.
    2. Check your internet connection to make sure it is stable.
    3. If the issue persists, consider reinstalling the app or checking for any updates that may address this problem.

If these steps do not help, you may need to contact your email administrator for further assistance.

    Hi!

Maybe it's a temporary synchronization problem.

    • Wait a few hours. If the problem persists, disconnect your account from the app > Restart your phone > Connect your account again.
    • Another alternative is to uninstall the Outlook application and reinstall it.
