How can I expedite a parallelism request for my Azure DevOps organization?

I am trying to run my CI/CD pipeline in my Azure DevOps org, and I run into the "no parallelism granted" error. I filled out the form a month ago, and I have gotten no response. I have a self-hosted agent, but that only works when I am physically in the office. How can I get this thing granted so I can use the Microsoft-hosted agents to build my web app and API?

    Hi @salinaspaul ,

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

Follow below steps to expedite your parallelism request:

    1. Submit a Request for the Free Grant: New organizations aren't automatically granted free hosted agents anymore. Since you mentioned you filled out the form, you can check if you used the right link: Azure DevOps parallelism request form.
    2. Follow Up: If you haven't received any response, it’s worth reaching out to the support team. You can contact them at azpipelines-freetier@microsoft.com to check the status of your request.
    3. Use Self-Hosted Agents: Since you have a self-hosted agent, it can only be used if you are physically in the office. If you can, enabling more self-hosted agents could help alleviate the issue temporarily.
    4. Consider Purchasing Parallel Jobs: If the free tier isn't granted soon, you might want to consider purchasing additional parallel jobs. You can find more information about how to buy them here.
    5. Check Parallel Job Limits: Make sure you haven't exceeded the number of parallel jobs available to your organization. You can view your limits under Organization settings > Pipelines > Parallel jobs.

Hope this helps, and you get your parallelism sorted out soon!
