From what you've said, the problem looks like it has to do with fixing a 62-bit part. That's weird because most computers now use 64-bit stuff. So, it could be a problem with what works with what, or how things are set up. To help fix this, check your operating system version by going to Settings > System > About. Make sure all your drivers are up to date, mostly for your NVIDIA graphics card, through Windows Update or Acer's website. If updating drivers doesn't work, try a clean boot. This can point out if other software is causing conflict.
