To add a family member's account to your Microsoft 365 Family subscription, the family member must accept the invitation sent to their email. However, if their email account is full and they cannot accept the invitation, they will need to free up some space in their mailbox to receive and respond to the invitation. - Delete Unnecessary Emails: Encourage them to delete any emails that are no longer needed, especially those with large attachments.
- Empty the Deleted Items Folder: After deleting emails, they should also empty the Deleted Items folder to permanently remove them and free up space.
- Archive Old Emails: If they want to keep certain emails but not have them in the inbox, they can archive them to another folder.
- Check for Large Attachments: They can search for emails with large attachments and decide if they can delete or save those attachments elsewhere.
Once they have freed up enough space, they should be able to receive the invitation and accept it to join your family subscription.
