how to send a message from NATO unclassified to NATO secret?

It is impossible to send any outlook mail from NATO unclassified to NATO secret, even a single test mail. Why ?

    Thank you for reaching out with your question regarding email communication between NATO Unclassified and NATO Secret networks. We appreciate the clarity of your inquiry. 

    For security reasons, direct email communication between NATO Unclassified and NATO Secret networks is not permitted. This is intentional and aligns with NATO’s information assurance policies. To share data across these domains, you must follow the official manual transfer process. 

    Alternatively, manual transfer procedures, such as using removable media with scanning and approval, may be used, provided they follow official NATO guidelines. 

    Moreover, Microsoft’s Azure Data Transfer service, now generally available for teams in Azure Government Secret, holds DoD Impact Level 6 (IL6) provisional authorization and enables secure transfer of software artifacts and restricted-use data from Azure Government to Azure Government Secret. The service provides a cloud-native, portal-based drag-and-drop interface, integrated content filtering, and a hardware-enforced one-way transfer for maximum security. It also ensures multi-region high availability, low latency, and offers onboarding support with documented customer authorization to meet cybersecurity and audit requirements.
