    Dear Ahmed Kutty

Thank you for posting your question on the Q&A forum. Based on the information you provided, here are the steps to create your database in Microsoft Access:

1> Create Three Tables : tblGroups | tblMembers | tblTransactions as below picture

    2> Set Up Relationships

    • Go to Database Tools > Relationships and add all three tables.
    • Drag GroupID from tblGroups and drop it on GroupID in tblMembers (check Enforce Referential Integrity).
    • Drag MemberID from tblMembers and drop it on MemberID in tblTransactions.

3> Create Forms for Each Table by going to Create ribbon > Form.

For tblMembers and tblTransactions forms: Switch to Design View, press F4, click the top black square, and change Default View to Datasheet. Set Allow Datasheet View to Yes, then save.

Change the form view of these two tables into Datasheet View.

Little bit confused. Is there 3 tables?

I know basic of msacces. Not very expert. That is the reason I confused. Join date no need. Would appreciate in case I will get good idea on this. I dont know how.

I strongly believe the tblMembers table is sub table of tblGroups.

tblTransaction table is sub table of tblMembers.

Please can you support me from the beginning to end until complete this.

I feel your 3 tables are ok for this database.
