Unable to see my scheduled microsoft exam in microsoft dashboard , sheduled through pearson VUE

Hello. I have scheduled my DP-700 exam and I am receiving reminder emails, but the exam does NOT appear in my Microsoft Learn certification dashboard.
Please link my Pearson VUE Candidate ID to my Microsoft Learn account or merge the profiles so that my scheduled exam becomes visible. Thank you.
