Activate Azure Credirs

I understand the confusion,the Founders Hub portal showing “Credit Approved” does not always mean the credit is already active in your Azure subscription. The credit becomes usable only after it is redeemed and linked to a Sponsorship‑based subscription.

Please check the Founders Hub → Benefits → Azure Credits section and confirm that you clicked Redeem. Once redeemed, Azure should create a subscription like “Azure for Startups”. If this subscription is not visible under Azure Portal → Subscriptions, the credit has not yet been attached.

Also, make sure you are logging in with the same email account used for Founders Hub. If you recently redeemed, activation may take a short time before appearing in the Azure Portal.

If your subscription still doesn’t appear after redemption, please open a ticket from Founders Hub → Support so the team can link your approved credit correctly.

• Sign in to the Microsoft for Startups Portal.
• Select the "?" icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
• Select "Submit a Support Ticket". Attach relevant documents or screenshot of errors as needed.
