Who should I contact to cancel this ridiculous invoice?

i had no intention of using claude's paid api.

when i saw the claude model appear in azure foundry, i just thought that azure supports this model and i can use this model through azure.

i have an azure sponsor account, and i am using api gpt-4.1 with sponsor credits, so i still thought claude api will also be paid by credits sponsored for startups. but after a few days of using it, i realized that claude's "cost" did not appear in the credits statistics table.

i urgently contacted azure support, and now i was informed that claude api is a 3rd party service and i will have to pay real money for it. since knowing this information, i stopped using this service immediately.

the information provided about the cost between your side and azure provided on the user interface is also inaccurate, causing me a serious misunderstanding: on the interface it only shows 3m tokens used, but in the invoice, the total tokens used include 80m tokens for cache, it's terrible. the original estimate cost was only 39$ but the actual invoice is up to 111$.

I was tricked into using the paid service, and was tricked about the amount of gas I would have to pay, this is 2 consecutive scams.

I tried to contact azure support, but they pushed me to contact ISV anthropic

I tried to connect anthropic via email, but AI Agent alway reply me that "anthropic does not have the authority to handle azure related issues, please contact azure"

so, these are my question:

  • Who should I contact to cancel this ridiculous invoice?
  • If I don't pay this marketplace invoice, what will happen?
  • I'm still trying to contact azure support for support (the support guy doesn't seem to bother to reply to me), when is the payment deadline? I'm afraid that my sponsor account will be locked while I'm trying to get help from azure
