How to fix BSODs/Error Codes during new Windows Install on new PC build, please?

    We need log files(called dump files) that tell us what lead to crash.

    Hi Sam, thank you. This means some hardware you are using isn't OK.

    Have you checked for BIOS updates?

    Do you remember the BSOD error string, like IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL?

    Thank you Sam.

    First thing, please update the BIOS.

    Second thing I think is your drive controller might have an issue. I would suggest testing it using Seatools, more on that later when you come back to me after improvements with the BIOS update.
