Oh ok, apologies about my confusion on the Windows forums and thank you very much for taking the time to assist here, please.
You will need to excuse my ignorance, please, but how can I go about recording and providing log/dump files if I am only able to POST, attempt to boot to a USB Flash Drive (created via the Windows Installation Media Creation Tool setup file), and then I immediately am met with the BSOD screens and error codes, please?
This is a new PC build, with a brand new SSD chip drive, so there was nothing there before related to Windows.

Hi Sam, thank you. This means some hardware you are using isn't OK.
Have you checked for BIOS updates?
Do you remember the BSOD error string, like IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL?

Well that doesn't sound too good as I did try to ensure when selecting and buying the PC components that there would not be any compatibility issues (ie. PC Part Picker). The Motherboard related is a Gigabyte B850 Gaming X WiFi6E and it came with the initial BIOS of F1. According to their page for that Motherboard, it looks like there have been some BIOS updates since then up to F6.
The BSOD error strings I have seen have been:
Error code: 0xc0000098
None of the options (Enter, F1, F8) do anything except keep me on that screen/reload it.
The Esc option does work and returns me to the BIOS.
Error code: 0xc0000428
Once again the F1 option did not work because it was not an option listed.

First thing, please update the BIOS.
Second thing I think is your drive controller might have an issue. I would suggest testing it using Seatools, more on that later when you come back to me after improvements with the BIOS update.

Thank you very much for your continued assistance and recommendations here. As an update on this, I was able to successfully install Windows 11 using Rufus and the ISO file (partition scheme GPT and target system UEFI).
