    Hi,

Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft community and sharing what’s happening.

To help me figure this out, can you please confirm,Are both subscriptions linked to the same Microsoft account, or are they under different accounts?

This helps clarify whether the issue is about account linkage or subscription management.

In the meantime, you can:Check your subscriptions: Sign in at account.microsoft.com/services to see all active subscriptions linked to your account. If you have multiple Microsoft accounts, make sure you’re signed in with the correct one.

Cancel or turn off recurring billing: If you don’t need both subscriptions, you can cancel one or disable auto-renewal before the next billing date. Microsoft’s support page provides detailed steps for cancellation and refund requests.

Contact Microsoft Support: If you accidentally purchased two subscriptions or need help consolidating billing, reach out via the Get Help app or Microsoft’s global support numbers. They can review your account and assist with refunds or adjustments.

Unfortunately, merging two active subscriptions into one isn’t possible, but you can manage them by canceling the extra one or letting it expire while continuing with the subscription you prefer.

"Please let me know if this helps and need clarification, I'm happy to help!

    Warm regards,

    Edward
