Thank you for sharing your question. Let's fix this thing. I get how annoying it is when your computer acts like you're a kid and blocks stuff because of settings you didn't even pick.
Usually, this happens because Microsoft thinks your account is for a child. This can be from putting in the wrong birthday or being in a Microsoft Family group with controls set by a parent. Once Microsoft thinks it's a kid's account, they block some things and need a parent's okay to change stuff or get rid of the limits.
To fix it, an adult Microsoft account that's the Family Organizer needs to change your settings. They should log into account.microsoft.com/family from another device. Then, they choose your child account, give their okay as a parent, change your birthday to the right one (showing you're an adult), and take you out of the family group. After that, the limits should go away, and your account should work without problems.
If you put in the wrong birthday when you set things up and can't change it, you might need to prove your age with an ID through Microsoft's help support.
