New Outlook disappeared

I have been fighting with this issue for about 3 weeks now. Installed 25H2 about a month ago and everything appeared to be fine. About 3 weeks ago Outlook completely disappeared off my machine. I re-installed outlook but it will only install the Classic Outlook and not the New Outlook. When I toggle the option in Outlook it downloads the file, supposedly installs it, but nothing happens. Rebooted, removed the Local app data for OLK and OneAuth, removed O365 and re-installed but nothing seems to work. We have some apps that work with the new version of Outlook but not the old of they work different with Classic and all our users are on New Outlook so it is hard to help troubleshoot issue when I can't even get New Outlook to install on my machine.

    New Outlook relies on modern app components and local data folders. After certain Windows updates or incomplete app processes, background Outlook tasks can linger, app cache can become inconsistent, or local authentication folders can block a clean start. Addressing these items directly helps the app start normally.

    Option 1: Begin by repairing or reinstalling Microsoft Edge WebView2, as it is required for New Outlook.
