    Thanks for the clarification.

In this case, since you already performed a full cloud reset with file deletion, you can rule out software issues. The problem is most likely with the laptop's keyboard hardware. Even after cleaning, the simultaneous random activation of modifier keys strongly suggests physical damage or a faulty keyboard controller.

I suggest that you take the laptop to a trusted technician. They can test the keyboard circuitry and replace the keyboard if necessary.

Feel free to ask back any questions.

It sounds like you are experiencing issues with the modifier keys (Win, Alt, Shift, Ctrl) getting stuck, which can lead to unexpected behavior in your laptop. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Check for Stuck Keys: Even if you've cleaned the keys, ensure that none of the keys are physically stuck or malfunctioning. Sometimes, the key mechanism can get jammed.
    2. Keyboard Settings: Check your keyboard settings in Windows. Go to Settings > Ease of Access > Keyboard and ensure that features like Sticky Keys or Filter Keys are turned off, as these can cause unexpected behavior with modifier keys.
    3. Driver Update: Make sure your keyboard drivers are up to date. You can do this by going to Device Manager, finding your keyboard, and checking for driver updates.
    4. External Keyboard Test: If possible, connect an external keyboard to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is with the laptop's keyboard hardware.
    5. Check for Software Conflicts: Some applications may interfere with keyboard inputs. Try closing unnecessary applications to see if that resolves the issue.
    6. Accessibility Shortcuts: Be aware that certain accessibility features can cause shortcuts to trigger unexpectedly. You might want to disable any accessibility shortcut keys that could be conflicting with your usage.

If the problem continues after trying these steps, it may be a hardware issue, and you might need to consult a professional technician for further assistance.

Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    Please clarify the following:

Which procedure did you use to reinstall Windows?

Did you perform a clean installation using an installation media (USB flash drive), completely erasing the system drive before reinstalling? Or did you reset the PC?

    I await your reply.
