    I get how annoying it is when things should work, but you still get blocked. I appreciate you taking the time to fill out the forms.

    Usually, this error means one of a few things: your Copilot license is new and hasn't kicked in yet, you're logged into more than one Microsoft account (like personal and work), your company's rules block Copilot, or you're using Shared Computer Activation, which Copilot doesn't support.

    To fix it, first, make sure your Copilot license had time to work and that you're not signed into different accounts. Double-check your internet is good enough for Copilot and that your company allows it. Also, make sure Shared Computer Activation is off. If it's still not working after that, reach out to Microsoft Support with the transaction and correlation IDs—they can look into what's up.
