To manage your scanned documents as PDFs, you can use several free applications that are user-friendly and effective. Here are a few options:

    1. Adobe Acrobat Reader DC: While primarily a PDF reader, it also allows you to annotate and organize your PDFs. You can download it for free and use it to manage your scanned documents.
    2. PDFsam Basic: This is a free tool that allows you to split, merge, and rotate PDF files. It’s quite intuitive and can help you organize your scanned documents easily.
    3. Foxit Reader: Another free PDF reader that offers features like annotation and form filling. It’s lightweight and easy to navigate, making it a good option for managing scanned documents.
    4. Smallpdf: This is an online tool that allows you to compress, merge, and convert PDFs. It’s user-friendly and can be accessed through any web browser.
    5. PDF-XChange Editor: This free PDF editor allows you to view, edit, and annotate PDF files. It has a straightforward interface that makes it easy to use.

These programs should help you manage your scanned documents effectively without the complications you’re currently facing.

Hi, I'm Rodrigo and I will help you.

Since you have an HP Printer, you can use the HP Smart app from the Microsoft Store to scan your files as PDFs and save them anywhere you want.
