Go to the following site and purchase more there, which 365 plan are you using? or are you using free MSA OneDrive?

If you use Microsoft 365 for personal use (Personal, Family or Premium) then, go to https://onedrive.live.com/?view=1 and you should see "Buy more storage" at the bottom left.
If you are using Microsoft 365 for business, then you can't expand your OneDrive space.
