If you are unable to access OneNote or other Microsoft 365 applications on your Tk3 Android device, it may be due to compatibility issues or system requirements not being met. Microsoft 365 applications, including OneNote, typically require a certain version of Android to function properly. It's important to check if your device meets the minimum system requirements for these applications.

For more information about the compatibility of mobile devices with Microsoft Office 365, you can refer to the service description which outlines how mobile devices work with Office 365. Additionally, ensure that your applications are updated to the latest version available in the Google Play Store, as updates often include fixes for bugs and compatibility issues.

If the problem persists, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance.
