i started having this critical error for a week or two and my computer shuts down randomly while i am browsing internet. my pc is strong enough to play most games and i have 32gb ram so i don't think it's about not having enough computing power. if anyone can help me i would really appreciate it.

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

It seems like you're experiencing a critical error related to power management and a fatal hardware error with your processor. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve these issues:

    1. Check Power Supply: Ensure that your power supply unit (PSU) is functioning properly. A failing PSU can cause random shutdowns.
    2. Update Drivers: Make sure all your drivers, especially for the graphics card and motherboard, are up to date. You can do this through Device Manager or by visiting the manufacturer's website.
    3. Check for Overheating: Monitor your CPU and GPU temperatures to ensure they are not overheating. You can use software like HWMonitor or Core Temp to check temperatures.
    4. Run Hardware Diagnostics: Use built-in diagnostics tools provided by your PC manufacturer or third-party tools to check for hardware issues. This can help identify if there are problems with your RAM, CPU, or other components.
    5. Check Event Viewer: Continue to monitor the Event Viewer for any additional errors that may provide more context about the shutdowns. Look for patterns or specific events that occur before the shutdown.
    6. Perform a Clean Boot: Boot your system with minimal startup programs to see if a background application is causing the issue. This can help isolate the problem.
    7. Check for Malware: Run a full system scan using Windows Defender or another reputable antivirus program to ensure your system is not infected with malware.
    8. Consider Hardware Issues: Given the hardware error reported by the WHEA Logger, it may be worth checking your RAM and CPU for faults. Tools like MemTest86 can help test your RAM for errors.

If the problem persists after trying these steps, it may be advisable to consult with a professional technician for further diagnosis and repair.
