Hello,

I’m having to use a personal login as I have the dreaded MFA loop on my business account and I’m the only tenant (I’m the sole director of my business and the only administrator on the account).

I’ve logged a support ticket, Case [Moderator note: personal info removed] refers. I’m desperate - my business is paralysed without access to M365 and emails, and my business supports vulnerable people. I need Microsoft, and my clients need the support of my business. It’s been 3 days and I’ve heard nothing. Please, please can this be expedited/escalated as the situation is critical and I need to get my access back.

Thank you.
