Hello, good day and thanks for your question. If the refund has been confirmed and processed from Microsoft’s end, the next step is to check with the bank as this will depend on them as this usually gets reflected on the next billing cycle and this will vary from ones account.
switching Microsoft office plans
i was send email from Microsoft about switching Microsoft office365 plans weather i wanted to stay on the current plan or change to another one
my current plan >>>> Microsoft 365 Family
new plan >>>>>>>>> Microsoft 365 Family Classic and receive a refund
i switched to the new plan & i got email on the 27/11/25 about the refund has been processed but i still have not got the refund
has anyone esle had this problem???

I'm just following up on your case, have you had any update on the refund since Microsoft confirmed it was processed back on 27/11/25? Sometimes these things can take a little while depending on the bank or payment method.
