    Hello Sastry Venkata Malapaka,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A Forum and sharing the details about Copilot hanging during conversations. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially after trying steps like clearing cache and rebooting your laptop.

Here are some recommended actions to resolve the issue that you can try:

1 - Update Copilot and Windows: Ensure you have the latest Windows build and Copilot app version, as recent updates include fixes for memory and UI issues.

2 - Reset Copilot App Settings: Go to Settings > Apps > Copilot > Advanced Options > Reset. This clears app state without removing your account.

3 - Check Edge Integration: Copilot relies on Microsoft Edge. Verify that cookies are allowed and sign out/sign back in with your work account.

4 - If the issue persists, reinstall from Microsoft Store or try Copilot via web at Microsoft Copilot.

I look forward to receiving your update. Let me know if you need further assistance, feel free to ask me by clicking "Add Comment" or "Add Answer" if you cannot add comment so your response will be visible. Thanks for your effort.
