Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A Community. I understand you are having a problem where your Microsoft account is still linked to an old Samsung account, preventing you from connecting Samsung Gallery to OneDrive. I am happy to assist you.
Please try the following steps:
- Remove Samsung Permissions from Microsoft Account
- Sign in to Microsoft Account – Security.
- Under Apps and services, locate Samsung account or Samsung Cloud and select Remove.

- Unlink Microsoft Account from Samsung Account on Device
- On your Samsung device, go to Settings > Accounts and backup > Accounts.
- Select your Samsung account, then Apps and services > Linked accounts.
- Next to Microsoft, tap the ellipsis (…) and choose Unlink.
- Reconnect Samsung Gallery to OneDrive
- Open Gallery app > Settings > Sync to OneDrive and follow prompts to link your Microsoft account.

- Optional Steps
- Clear cache/data for OneDrive app: Android Settings > Apps > OneDrive > Storage > Clear Cache and Clear Data.
- Update OneDrive and Samsung Gallery apps from Google Play Store.
