Hello, when I try to connect my Gallery to my OneDrive Account it shows that my Microsoft Account is already linked to a Samsung Account and I can only be connected to one Samsung Account. This has been for at least a year or two. I've tried everything, even tried looking for the account I supposedly made, yet I can't find it. Could you please help me?

    Dear VIRAISHA !

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A Community. I understand you are having a problem where your Microsoft account is still linked to an old Samsung account, preventing you from connecting Samsung Gallery to OneDrive. I am happy to assist you.

    Please try the following steps:

    1. Remove Samsung Permissions from Microsoft Account
    2. Unlink Microsoft Account from Samsung Account on Device
      • On your Samsung device, go to Settings > Accounts and backup > Accounts.
      • Select your Samsung account, then Apps and services > Linked accounts.
      • Next to Microsoft, tap the ellipsis (…) and choose Unlink.
    3. Reconnect Samsung Gallery to OneDrive
    4. Optional Steps
      • Clear cache/data for OneDrive app: Android Settings > Apps > OneDrive > Storage > Clear Cache and Clear Data.
      • Update OneDrive and Samsung Gallery apps from Google Play Store.
