Unable to change or recreate System Assigned Identity on migrated Azure ML Workspace

We recently migrated an Azure Machine Learning Workspace from one tenant to another. After migration, the workspace’s System Assigned Managed Identity (SAMI) is no longer functional. Attempts to enable, disable, or recreate the system-assigned identity fail.

    Hi, yes I've tried both the options to completely and re-enable SAML, but I'm presented with errors on both cases.
